 Saturday, August 16, 2008And here we go again with 2 weeks off; except this time, I have nothing planned whatsoever! Was planning to visit M again sometime next week for a bit of a beach bumming break, but then I'm in no condition for water sports, so that idea's scrapped. It's just that, for the past couple of months or so I've always had something to do so now I'm at a bit of a loss of what to do with myself. There's work that could be done of course, I have piles of paperwork that need to be sorted out but I can't actually be bothered to sit down and start anything. Maybe next week haha...It's probably good that I'm not going anywhere this time, there's a lot that needs to be sorted out around the house. The renovations are almost done, but they've left everything in a horrible mess, with my stuff scattered all over the place, and in between 2 different rooms. Will hopefully be moving into the new room before I start my next hitch.Had such a good day yesterday, had an early morning meeting with S, and then just spent the whole day with her, catching up. It's rare to be able to see her when we're both off cause she's always back in Bandar and I'm pretty much always here lol! Went for too much food and drinks, showed her around Lumut (didn't take long lol), caught up on all the gossip; it was a proper girly day out :) Met up with R after she finished work, and she's already booked us for her wedding weekend in December!! SO excited, she's going to be the first out of all of us to tie the knot, and there'll be a couple next year I'm sure... Been ages since we had a catch up, specially since R's now office based, and the rest of us try to avoid the office if we can lol.. Not sure what to do this weekend; apparently there's the Rafting Klasik tomorrow, might pop down and check that out tomorrow if the weather permits; I'm fine with sun, but if it's pissing it down, I'm definitely not bothered. Today will probably be running errands with my mom; it's my grandmother's makan 100 next Thursday, didn't realise it had already been that long, time seems to pas by very quickly when I'm doing my shifts. Been hanging out with a colleague who's on the same schedule as me quite a bit the past few days. We're not exactly bosom buddies, and to be honest, people aren't really too fond of him, but when he texts or calls me up to hang out, I just can't say no...even though I will eventually end up getting annoyed or restless and itching to go :P I need to be a bit tougher maybe, the other girls have no problem ditching this person so I'm sure I could do the same... after a while haha.. I just feel too bad sometimes though! Anyways, time for a shower. Have a good weekend all! xoxoxoxoxox
