Essay, map and notebook due tomorrow and I've got no idea how to do the work!!!! =( =( =( My coursemate, M, came by to "help" tadi, bless him. Although we ended up talking rather than working, cause he hadn't a clue either =P

Thank god its the weekend...Just got back from S's place, they cooked dinner for us...MmMmMm Prawn fajitas're gorgeous =D Handed in my Connemara poster at 5 minutes to the deadline. Should've seen the halls at 345 this afternoon, there were about 5-6 geologists just tearing down the halls, poster in hand, trying to get to the general office in time so they could hand their poster in...I was one of them, obviously haha... -P

Big day planned tomorrow...Major shopping to be done and then going out to Evolution later in the night. I think I deserve a break after all the strss of the past week. Still have my County Clare map and essay to finish for Monday though =S

Off to bed now, hoping to get at least 8 hours of sleep =) xoxo

Greece essay due tomorrow, have written 0 words as of 830pm. The word "sh*t" springs to mind at this moment...

Also, kinda down about something today. Sigh, wish I could sort my feelings out before stuff like this happens again. This situation's becoming way too familiar =/ How come you only realise you want something once its not yours anymore? Murphy's Law or something? Seriously, please explain =P

New term tomorrow, *yay*!! ...Not =P Only got back from Ireland at 11 pm last night, kinda wish I've got more of a break before I start the new term...I'm gonna have such a busy 3 weeks before I fly off to Greece, next week alone I have 2 papers, 1 poster, 1 prez and 1 notebook to hand in =S This is excluding the assessed pracs and lord knows what else the lecturers are gonna send our way..Looks like I can kiss goodbye to any form of social activity for the next month =(

So anyways, Ireland was (very very surprisingly) good!! I was dreading it in the days leading up to it, but I can honestly say I've had lots of fun while I was there. There was lots of hard work, but I also got to know my coursemates a lot better...People I've never spoken to in the last year and a half that I've been at uni, I can now just walk up to and start a convo with, and it'd be completely fine =D I guess being in such an enclosed environment with 30 other people, you have no choice but to bond =) Plus, the fact that pubs in Ireland are open til like 230 am, you can guess where most of the bonding took place haha...The weather was pretty shite though, some days it was raining throughout the whole day, other days we had sleet and hail. Were we allowed to stop working though? Noooo, still had to work through the crappy weather...We were like the American Postal Service, working steadily regradless of snow, rain or shine haha...We had dinner catered for us during the 1st week and in the 2nd week both brekkie and dinner were catered for so that was pretty cool =D 1st week's food was ok, they fed us chips everyday with everything! =P But last week in Connemara was gorgeous, we had the best food ever, and best of all, it was all vegetarian!! We had thai green curry, crabs, grilled fish....mmMMmMm... Never had such healthy food my whole life =D

I've been *so* clumsy in Ireland though, I swear something about field trips that make me fall over a lot =P I've lost count over the past 2 weeks how many times I've slipped on rocks and landed on my ass, or bruised myself, or cut myself on rocks =S At one point, I slipped into a rock pool, got completely soaked, and then I couldn't get myself out cause the sides were too slippery. I had to be pulled out by my coursemates =P And at one point last week, we were crossing a fast flowing river using stepping stones and for reason I got stuck in the middle, with each foot on a different rock! I was too scared to take the next step cause I was sure that I'd fall in if I moved, and my (quite old) lecturer had to walk across the rocks to rescue me! *blush* My friends were taking pictures of my rescue too, how embarassing?? lol

Paris was amazing!! Did all the touristy stuff, EuroDisney, the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc etc...Didn't want to come back to Leeds, but then on my last day, literally 2 hours before I had to fly off, my phone got stolen!! =( Purely cause I was careless, but that kinda spoiled the trip a bit. Couldn't wait to come back to the Uk after that heh. French men are such sleazes though!! I don't know if that was cause they thought 3 girls travelling on their own were easy targets, but we were super freaked out when we first got there. The men were openly staring and calling after us.. Haha... Talk about being scared, since we were in a foreign country where we didn't speak the language and everything...All in all, was a good trip... Didn't do much shopping cept for the last day, got souveniers and *cough a dior bag cough* Haha...Couldnt resist it =D

So anyways, that was a very summarised version of what I've been up to the last month, should probably start some work now, joy! =P

Off to Ireland for 2 weeks on field trip, byeeee!! xoxo

Heys guys...345 am and I'm still up...Heheh... Hang sikit plg ni.. Am the guys' place, didnt bother going home after coming back from Middlesbrough tonight...M'brough was supercool btw, had such a great time, everyone made me feel welcome, and they're fabulous hosts/cooks/ppl! You guys're stars!! *hugs* Heheh...Sentences have no structure can you blame me? =P

Off to send TAD back to her place, updates on Paris later! Btw, my 028 contract phone number isnt't in use anymore, text/call/contact me on the 403 one instead okies... Looong story (well not really) on what happened to it, will summarise in next post.
